About STEM Day

We are looking for the next generation of engineers and technicians. We are looking to spark an interest in students to work with their hands, be creative, dream big, and solve problems with a team.

Oswego County manufacturers are losing their experienced workforce to retirement faster than they can replace them. We are in an unprecedented time where people with technical expertise and hands-on experience can stay here in Oswego County and get work in high paying jobs that help support their families without difficulty.

If you like to tinker and think you might want to be a maker, sign up today!

Mission & Vision

We are committed to promoting Manufacturing as a lucrative and viable career pathway for students in Oswego County and beyond. We want students who are just starting to think seriously about where they want to end up as a career to connect with our students, staff, and partners. We can provide a clearer understanding of what today's manufacturing really looks like.

Gone are the days of dirty, repetitive work. Advanced Manufacturing requires a specific skill set that is hard to find in today's workforce. Employers are willing to pay for the experience, mechanical aptitude, teamwork, and good work ethics above all else. Do you think you can make the cut?
